53 years and going strong
Established in 1956, the Chester St Theatre Group Inc (Chester St) has delivered 52 years of quality theatre to the community. The Group prides itself on its excellent reputation, a varied choice of plays and a high standard of production, three times a year.
In 2007 for the second year in a row, Chester St was awarded Best Production and two Acting Awards at the Canberra One Act Play Festival, also picking up Best Original Script in 2007, and Best Direction in 2006. These awards are a reflection of the groups continuing standard of excellence.

Chester St Theatre Group is located an easy 5 minute walk from both Epping railway station and bus terminal. There are a number of restaurants and cafés located close to Chester St, offering a variety of meals to suit all budgets.
Please note that there is only street parking, and those arriving by car should allow sufficient time to park in order to be on time for the show.

Bookings for all performances are at Mackays Books, 50 Rawson Street, Epping. Ph 9876 6332. Ticket prices: $23 (adult) $19 (concession).
Most performances commence at 8pm, some matinee performances are available (see individual shows for specific dates).
